Our fine, organic almond flour is suitable, for example, when you want to replace wheat flour with an alternative with a lower amount of carbohydrates. With its smooth and lovely taste, this flour works wonders in baking and cooking! Natural source of protein and high fiber content.

The almonds for our almond flour come from Spain and have been grown organically. There, almond trees have grown and been cultivated for centuries. Our extra fine almond flour is made from blanched almonds, which give the very best results in baking and cooking. We think the composition of the almonds gives a good sense of satiety. Almond flour is super tasty in muffins, pancakes and cakes such as macaroons. You can also use almond flour for breading. In baking, you usually replace parts of the wheat flour with almond flour and you need to use more eggs and liquid.
