HEMP SEEDS
Hemp seeds are rich in protein and phosphorus as well as a source of omega 3 (ALA)! Hemp is one of our oldest useful plants and has been cultivated for more than 6000 years! We have both hemp seeds and hemp protein in the range.

The hemp plant is believed to have originated on the slopes of the Himalayas and is an annual herb that grows very quickly, is hardy and robust and when harvested all parts of the plant can be used for different purposes. The fibers in the stem are used for paper, rope and cloth.
Peeled hemp seeds can be used for muesli, porridge, smoothies, salads and baking. They can also be ground into a mass similar to peanut butter and used as a delicious spread with a round, rich and nutty taste. Hemp seeds even work great in stews, in meatballs and steaks or simply as a filling and healthy snack. Hemp seeds are a rich source of protein. In addition, they are rich in phosphorus and a source of the beneficial fatty acid Omega 3 (ALA). Phosphorus contributes to normal energy metabolism. ALA contributes to maintaining normal cholesterol levels in the blood. The effect is achieved with a daily intake of 2 g of ALA, which is about 3 tablespoons of hemp seeds. It is important to have a versatile and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
