Goji berries have been consumed in Asia for over 5000 years and over the years the berry has been given many names; Wolfberry, Gou Qi Zi, The Happy Berry, etc.

 

With us you will only find the finest goji berries from Ningxia. You can eat the goji berries as they are, a handful each day. They are also great for granola or why not mix them into a smoothie? You can also use them in raw food balls, cooking or for making tea. Goji berries are a source of beta-carotene (vitamin A). Vitamin A contributes to normal iron metabolism and to maintaining normal eyesight. It is important to have a versatile and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
