KLEEN Synbiotic contains 2 billion lactic acid bacteria in spore form and a bacterial culture complex with bacteria from 6 different strains. 

 

Bacteria in spore form are more resistant than living bacteria, it is a form of survival that the bacterium adopts when the bacterium is exposed to unfavorable conditions. Once in the gut, the bacteria turn into live bacteria that can colonize the gut. KLEEN Synbiotic has a vegetable and stomach acid-resistant capsule that transports the bacteria past the stomach where the strong stomach acid risks destroying the bacteria to the intestine where the bacteria can do good.

About lactic acid bacteriaThe human body consists of more bacteria than cells, in the intestine alone we have 1-2 kilos of bacteria from thousands of different bacterial strains. We thus live in symbiosis with our bacteria. When the balance of the bacterial flora is disturbed, it affects us in several different ways.
